Custom Orders & Crafting
All RoCK knives are handmade to order. Because each piece is individually crafted, variations in shape, grain, texture, and color are normal and are considered part of the uniqueness of your knife.

Payment
Payment is required in full before any work begins. We currently accept payments through Venmo and PayPal.

Lead Times
Estimated lead times will be provided at the time of order. As each knife is crafted by hand, timelines may shift slightly based on material availability, design complexity, and the current waitlist. We will keep you updated if any changes occur.

Design Confirmations
Before crafting begins, we will confirm core design elements such as blade profile, handle style, materials, and any custom requests. Once confirmed and work begins, changes are not guaranteed.

Returns & Cancellations
Because each knife is made specifically for the buyer, all sales are final. Cancellations are not accepted once work has begun, and completed custom knives are non-refundable.

Warranty
RoCK knives are built to be used. If you experience material or craftsmanship issues under normal use, contact us and we’ll make it right. Damage due to misuse, improper sharpening, or neglect is not covered.

Care & Maintenance
Proper care extends the life of your knife. Avoid dishwashers, harsh chemicals, or long-term moisture exposure. Wipe clean, store safely, and keep your edge sharp.
